On livston-cph.com it is possible to pay by using all major creditcards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay or PayPal. The cost of the order is only debited once the order is dispatched from Livston Copenhagen. A larger amount than you approved at the time of purchase can never be debited. If you pay by PayPal, you are not protected by the opposition scheme. Read more about the conditions on the PayPal website.
You may see the amount appears as “debited” for purchases with Mastercard, but the amount is not debited immediately, and since you cannot withdraw a larger amount than is available in your account, it is necessary for the card issuer to reserve the purchase amount, so you are sure that the money is also on the card when it is debited. The amount is not debited by Livston Copenhagen but reserved by the card issuer.
There is no fee for payments on livston-cph.com.
All payments will be professionally processed by NETS, which means that all cards and account information is secure.
We ship orders every day. The delivery time is usually 1-3 business days. Custom framed posters may take up to 12 business days. We use Royal Mail and couriers for shipments. Please contact us for shipping information. All items are available while stocks last.
If you DO NOT collect your order within the time specified in the Text message or e-mail from the collection point, you will be charged a new delivery fee of £4 for resending posters and framed mini posters and DKK 89 for resending framed posters.
Remember that you have a responsibility to check that your mobile number is entered correctly when you place your order, so you get notifications regarding the shipment on your mobile.
Livston Copenhagen are subject to the current laws and regulations on product liability in Denmark and the EU.
Right of cancellation
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation.
The right of cancellation expires 14 days after the day you received your order. If you have ordered several different items in the same order, but they are delivered separately, the 14 days run from the day you receive the final item.
This means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us if you wish to cancel your order. You can send an e-mail to [email protected] or use the standard cancellation form at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions.
You cannot cancel your order by refusing to accept it without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of an order
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they are purchased in one order. Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed if you cancel part of your order.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your order, you have 14 days to return the order to us.
You must pay for the parcel to be returned, and you are liable in the event of damage during transport. NOTE You cannot return custom-made frames. Custom-made frames are frames that cannot be purchased on our frame page.
The condition of a returned item
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way it works, you will only receive a partial refund. The amount of the refund depends on the item’s commercial value, and in some cases, it can mean that you only have the shipping costs refunded.
We recommend that you send the product back in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
Reimbursement of the purchase amount
If you cancel your order, you will receive a refund. If the item has decreased in value, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days from the day when you notify us that you want to cancel the order.
We refund the amount by the same means of payment as you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise. We may withhold payment until we receive the item unless you send us evidence of having returned it.

You have a 12-month warranty when you shop at livston-cph-com. This means that you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction of the price, depending on the specific situation.
Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect application of the product or another damaging behaviour.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you are complaining within 2 months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will, of course, reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs.
